I want a C compiler with a standard library installed. It should conform to the ANSI (American National Standards Institute) standards for C. (C++ is OK)
It would be good if a text editor designed for editing C code was included too.
No Spyware, Adware, Virses, Trojans, etc. please.

I would go with Dev-C++, but unfortunately it is no longer updated, so probably Code::Blocks
