After a short period of time (a little over 50 years), you will receive the bytes of all necessary files from them in binary. Make sure to account for atmospheric interference if you're using a common radio frequency. Once you have the data, open your hex editor (you do have one, right?) and input the bytes one at a time. When you're finished, you should be able to use the compiler. You might need to do a few manual registry updates. Oh, and I think Vega is pretty trustworthy, but it couldn't hurt to run a virus scan on the file once you're finished downloading it. Vega might be planning something.
